Inclusive rates means increased productivity. Because ProCorpStay America handles all of the normal hassles normally associated with relocating, you can focus on your temporary assignment without distraction or delay.

Telephone Services
You will have local phone service including call waiting. We will provide you with your personal phone number prior to move-in and also on your welcome/information sheet.

Cable Television
Basic cable is included, however, special requests such as extended packages, DirectTV®, or other options can be accomodated at an additonal cost.

Basic Utilities
Gas and electricity are included in your apartment suite up to a generous and reasonable rate. Water and trash pick-up is also included.

Our corporate apartments come fully furnished and ready to move in. We offer a wide variety of furniture collections to satisfy every taste and budget requirement. Apartment Amenities

Providing everything for your kitchen, except the cook. Arrive at your temporary home and find it fully stocked with kitchen equipment ranging from dishes and flatware service for eight to a coffee maker. Also included are items such as bathroom towels, bedding and an alarm clock.

Cooking not your thing? We'll also supply you with a list and menus of some great restaurants in your area.

Convenient Billing

Work and play: take the hassle out of monthly bills with automatic monthly billing to the credit card of your choice for all your temporary accomodation payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

You may also pay by personal check or we can bill your company monthly.

Maid Service
Cleaning is never a fun chore, especially for the busy professional. Our maid services include washing and changing bedding and towels, cleaning the kitchen and bathroom(s), dusting and vacuuming the entire suite.
